The Yamaguchi Pats Five (山口パッツファイブ,Yamaguchi Pattsufaibu), (Formerly known as Yamaguchi Patriots) is a professional basketball team that competes in the Japanese B.League.
From 2023–24 season, Yamaguchi Patriots announcement officially changed name to Yamaguchi Pats Five due to trademark issues. Samejima Kazuto appointed as the 2nd generation HC as a player.
