Grambling er et amerikansk basketballhold fra Grambling State University i Grambling, Louisiana. Holdet konkurrerer i NCAA Division I som medlem af Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). De spiller deres hjemmekampe i Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center på campus.

Grambling har vundet 17 SWAC mesterskaber, flest af alle hold i konferencen. De har også været med i NCAA Tournament 20 gange, herunder to gange i Elite Eight (1975 og 1983).
