History
The club was founded on 31 March 2009. They competed in the Campeonato Acreano in 2010, when they were finished in the fifth position.

Alto Acre har vundet 11 statsmesterskaber, senest i 2020. Holdet spiller deres hjemmekampe på Estádio Antônio Aquino Lopes, som har en kapacitet på 10.000 tilskuere.
