Wikipedia - PlusLiga

The PlusLiga is the highest level of men's volleyball in Poland, a professional league competition featuring volleyball clubs located in this country. It is overseen by Polska Liga Siatkówki SA (PLS SA). It is currently a 16 teams league from October to April/May. The regular season is followed by playoffs, with the winner earning the Polish Championship (Polish: Mistrzostwo Polski). It is one of the best volleyball leagues in Europe, being highly ranked in the international competitions.

Polen - Plus Liga er den øverste liga for mænds volleyball i Polen. Den blev grundlagt i 1954 og er en af de mest prestigefyldte volleyballligaer i Europa.

Ligaen består af 16 hold, der spiller en regular season med 30 kampe hver. De otte bedste hold går videre til slutspillet, som spilles i en bedst-af-tre-format. Vinderen af slutspillet krones til polsk mester.

Plus Liga er kendt for sit høje niveau af spil og tiltrækker nogle af verdens bedste volleyballspillere. Flere af ligaens hold har opnået succes i europæiske konkurrencer, herunder Champions League og CEV Cup.
